There are dead bees in the bathroom...
…and it’s freaking me out.
This morning, there were two (presumably alive) bees on the faucet that made my heart jump a bit. But I just used the other sink and went about my day. Later on, one of the bees had disappeared and the other moved above the mirror. Right now there is one dead bee in the sink, and another dead bee on the floor.
So I guess we’re all doomed or something.

WatchNot sure what to make of this… I found it trying to free up hard drive space. I’m making and eating something (it looks like a sandwich, but I don’t really make/eat sandwiches. I’ve wanted to do something like this for a while (Saturday afternoon! Woooo!), but never had a dataset I wanted to represent visually. I used a similar technique to the Excuse Rolodex’s automatically-generated sentences cloud, which uses inline styles to provide textual and visual representations of the same data with HTML and CSS. Anyway, interesting to fellow web geeks maybe.

WatchI’ve probably posted the video of South Granville opera man before, but I saw him again today! Walking off Granville Island I heard a man singing opera, looked up, and there he was. I was about to tear of my earphones and say hello, but instead I questioned the protocol when all you can say to someone is “hey, I put a video of you on the Internet!”
